Hello, I’m Kari Filburn. I specialize in book editing and helping self-publishing authors transform their manuscripts into beautiful, high-quality books they are proud to share.

Now for a bit on my background: I hold a BA in business administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Certificate of Copyediting from the University of California San Diego Extension. I’ve been editing since 2007 and am an active member of the Northwest Editors Guild and ACES: The Society for Editing. I also enjoy attending training courses and conferences to stay current on industry trends.

Originally from Alaska, my home is now in the beautiful state of Washington with my husband and two sons.
